
Jessica Riley
With a multidisciplinary background spanning several design disciplines and user research Jess is committed to using design to solve complex challenges and make meaningful change. Promoting a creative and systemic approach to the design of public services and policy, Jess supports the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to develop the practice of user-centred design and take a people-centred approach to the making and delivery of public policy and services. Acting as a Design and Research assessor for Government Service Standard Assessments and providing scrutiny and challenge for proposed Digital and Technology spend, she helps teams align to CDDO’s Service Standards and ensures projects deliver value for money whilst meeting people's needs.
