The data and AI journey at Citizens Advice

Reflections on a journey in data at Citizens Advice since 2019.

Starting with the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown as a catalyst for change, leading to a continuously curious approach to pushing the boundaries of this vital public service’s evidence base.
