Sam is Programme Manager at Open Data Manchester, specialising in community-led approaches to data and digital inclusion. Over seven years, Sam has designed and delivered programmes that make complex data concepts accessible to diverse audiences including Data For Communities and Our Streets Chorlton, which trained 40+ residents in participatory data collection. Sam's work focusses on empowering communities to use data for positive change through ethical, collaborative practice. Recent projects include developing the Liverpool City Region Data Community, and AI For Communities workshops that introduce people to AI in a grounded, practical way.
