Delivering in a crisis for Ukrainian resettlement
In 2021, the top priority of Scotland's First Minister was the Warm Scots Welcome, a programme to resettle Ukrainians fleeing Russia’s illegal invasion. Tessa was asked to lead both the initial digital crisis response and the strategic service development.
Tessa reflects on the many things she learned, and what she might do differently should she ever be delivering in a crisis again.
