Videha Sharma
Videha has worked at the intersection of healthcare, technology and design for over a decade. Originally trained as a surgeon, he now focuses on designing and delivering digital and data-led services across the NHS. Specifically, he helps research teams and healthcare organisations turn complex ideas into solutions that work in real clinical settings. Alongside his role at the University of Manchester, he co-founded Fava Health, a company focussed on making genomics part of everyday care.
His diverse background gives him a practical understanding of how services are experienced on the front line—and how they can be improved. With experience across clinical practice, academia and industry, he brings together diverse perspectives and leads multidisciplinary teams to create new and better ways of delivering care.
He’s passionate about user-centred design, building trustworthy digital services, and making sure technology works equitably for patients and clinicians.
